Chef Jason Performs at the Chutney Soca Monarch Semi Finals 2019

Chef Jason graced the Stage of the Chutney Soca Monarch Semi Finals on the 26th of January 2019 performing his Soca Hit “Meh Lover “. The Song based upon a former woman in Chef Jason’s Life who was Adulterous was received by the audience at midnight and was backed up by Rishi Gayadeen of The Gayatones Band and Dancers of the Khalnayak Dance Academy headed by Brian Mangroo.

The show was held by SouthEx Productions at the Rig in San Fernando Trinidad.

This is Chef Jason’s Third time being picked for the Monarch, the first back in 2016 followed by 2017 with his hits “LockDown” and “Rice” respectively.

Many were asking who the song was about while others were secretly whispering the “Girls Name“ which sprung loose few days before when a media house reserched & unearthed some info for an Entertainment Special on Carnival.
