Chef Jason Files for General Election 2020 - CARONI EAST

It has become public knowledge that Chef Jason has officially filed candidacy for the upcoming 2020 General Election under the United National Congress to contest the Caroni East seat. The Trinidad Express’ political writer Gail Alexander reported this as she spoke with Chef Jason as the news broke. She reports briefly on Chef Jason’s motivation and plans for the area if selected by Political Leader, Kamla Persad-Bissessar to represent the UNC in Caroni East which is a seat currently held by Dr. Tim Gopeesingh.
