Chef Jason Peru’s New Cook Book entitled “The Impregnation of Flavour” was recently released via Media Launch.
“The Impregnation of Flavour” is Chef Jason’s contribution to the Caribbean & the rest of the world as his culinary statement throughout 19 years of carefully constructed and crafted recipes that showcase and chronicle his best recipes and well guarded culinary secrets.
