Tandoori Wings with Avocado Sour Cream Dip

Tandoori Wings
Yield: 4 Portions
Ingredients
· 12 Each Wings
· 1 ½ Tbs Chief Brand Salt
· 1 ½ Tbsp of Chief Brand Black Pepper
· 2 ½ Tbsp of Chief Brand Tandoori Massala Mix
· ½ Cup of Natural Yogurt
Avocado Sour Cream Dip
· 1 Cup of Diced Avocadoes ( Ripe )
· ½ Cup Sour Cream
· 1 Tsp of Orange Zest
· 2 Oz of Fresh Orange Juice
· ¼ Cup Chopped Chives
· 1 Tsp of Chief Salt
· ½ Tsp of Chief Black Pepper
Method
Cut wings in halves to yield the flap and drummetes. In a bowl, add the Chief Brand, salt, and black pepper and massage the seasonings into it properly. Lastly add the Chief Brand Tandoori Massala Mix and rub it into the wings both on the inside and outside of the flesh. Add yogurt and gently mix in to coat. Let Marinate for at least 2 hrs to overnight. Place on a hot grill at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grill on both sides until cooked and lightly charred.
To make sauce, place all the ingredients into a blender and pulverize until smooth.
Place all the wings on a platter and the sauce in a dipping bowl. Serve hot and enjoy.
