Gluten Free Cheese Bread

Gluten Free Cheese Bread
Yield: 16 Pieces
Ingredients Needed
- 2 Cups of Jinca Cassava Flour
- ½ Tsp Chief Baking Powder
- 1 Cup of Almond Milk
- 3 Oz Butter
- 2 Oz of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Oz of Grated Rennet Free Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Eggs ( Beaten )
- 1 Tsp of Chief Brand Himalayan Pink Salt
- ½ Tsp of Chief Brand Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ Tsp of Chief Brand Smoked Paprika Powder
- 2 Tsp of Minced Parsley
- 3 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
- 2 Tsp of Flax Seeds
- 2 Cups of Tomato / Marinara Sauce for Dip
Method
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Meanwhile in a small sauce pan over medium heat, bring the milk and butter to a simmer.
In a small mixing bowl using a whisk, beat eggs with the parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese until combined.
Place Cassava flour into a large mixing bowl and add the baking powder, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, parsley and mix together.
Using a spatula, slowly add the hot milk mixture to the flour a little at a time until all is combined. Lastly add the egg cheese mixture and mix until semi smooth.
Lightly grease a mini cupcake tray with the coconut oil, and scoop 1oz of the batter into each cup and sprinkle on a little flax seeds on each.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 – 30 Minutes or until cooked through.
Remove tray from oven and place buns on a platter and serve with accompanying Marinara Sauce.
